Arrived in 2 weeks, very well wrapped in its air plastic. But the helmet is tighter than the usual helmet... This is the first time I feel like I have a big head. I have to crush the foam to reduce the pressure on my head. So not very comfortable on the duration .. Even if this helmet has the advantage of laying around the ears (and not on the ears). If you want to use the microphone on a laptop, I advise to take the usb version because it is absolutely necessary to connect the 2 jacks (not available on a laptop = need an adapter). So even on my console (1 jack only) I will have to put an adapter if I want to use the microphone. Moreover, the usb jack of the headphone is really just to turn on the lights (I already knew before buying). Think about where you want to use this headset + microphone to know which one to buy!

It took less than two weeks, it's spectacular, very good finishes and details. The ears are silicone and can be put to the height you want. The microphone is hidden and can be removed, which prevents it from breaking with use, the connectors are protected by plastic protectors, which seems to me to be a good detail. The lights are nice but if you want it for ps4 please note that you have to connect it with the jack and the lights won't turn on. It supports ps4 and is heard great, the micro is also of quality. They're great, the audio is great, as soon as I put them on, I was told that I could hear infinitely better. They're comfortable and soft, I just made a new earring and it doesn't hurt me. They arrived in 15 days (or less). I had a problem with the audio because everything was fine I heard a few things from the speakers and others from the helmets but only had to go into configuration and put Chrome and the team on their helmets and all arranged. In the photos they look like bad plastic but have silicone texture, plus they are quite flexible, nothing rigid, so they adapt great. The cable is long. I 've tried them both on PC and PS4 and it works great on both.
